Why is this a subscription instead of a one-time fee?
The fee covers running the platform for you every day — secure hosting, backups, updates, monitoring and support. It's like paying for electricity rather than buying a generator.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. On cancellation we provide a full export (PDF statements, Excel ledgers, and a document archive) with 30 days' notice before the service pauses.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Subscription covers hosting, storage, email and SMS notifications, backups and support. Statutory filings, third-party government fees and physical courier costs are billed separately at cost.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle and any credit is prorated.
How is my data kept safe?
